operator, technologist, AI strategist

Hi! I'm Samantha

I spent twenty years inside businesses — ending up as a COO in private equity — and the whole way through I carried a deep passion for enabling technology in the businesses I ran. Incuv8or is where those two things finally do the same job: turning complex, messy businesses into intelligent, AI-enabled systems.

I'm not a technologist who read a business book, or a coach who watched a tutorial. The advice comes from having actually carried the responsibility.

20 yrs

Inside businesses

From operations management through to the C-suite — running the functions most businesses only discover they needed once they've outgrown them.

COO

In private equity

Sat in the chair where the operations, the structure and the risk all land — and answered for them. That's the lens I bring to every engagement.

2 → 45

Scaled a business

Built the operating architecture that took a company from a two-person outfit to a 45-person organisation without it breaking.

Deal supported

Corporate structuring, legal and compliance at the level where a mistake is expensive. Set up and ran a law firm along the way.

Operations and technology, finally the same job.

01

Operations first

AI doesn't fix a broken business — it scales whatever is already there. Every engagement starts with how your business actually runs: the structure, the workflows, the numbers. That diagnosis is the part most technologists skip, and it's the reason the technology sticks afterwards.

02

Technology, always

I've been building on the web for more than fifteen years, alongside the corporate career, because I was never content to just specify systems and hand them to someone else. I design the architecture and I build it — funnels, portals, internal apps, integrations, whole product stacks.

03

AI as the multiplier

The last few years changed what a single operator can deliver. AI is where my two disciplines finally converge: the operational judgement to know what's worth automating, and the technical ability to actually build it. That's what Incuv8or does now.

Making entrepreneurship accessible.

I started Incuv8or years ago with one belief: building a business shouldn't be gated by background, budget or technical ability. Back then that meant coaching and community. Today, AI has made the leverage that used to need a whole team available to anyone — and Incuv8or exists to put it in your hands. Done for you through consulting. Done with you through coaching. And built into the tools underneath it all.

we incubate ideas, innovate businesses & inspire infinite possibilities ✦

The three promises

  • Incubate — every idea gets the chance to become a real business.
  • Innovate — every business gets the systems and AI to transform.
  • Inspire — every entrepreneur gets a space to connect, collaborate and create.

The full range.

Engagements are bespoke, but they're assembled from these. Most clients start with an audit and end up somewhere they didn't expect — usually further.

Built deliberately, not by accident.

I run this consultancy the way I'd want a client to run theirs: deliberately, on a schedule that works, with systems doing the parts that don't need a human. That's not a lifestyle claim — it's the proof the methodology works. When I'm not building, I'm walking my dog Obe, diving somewhere warm, or arguing with a fantasy novel.
